At Palo Alto Software, makers of LivePlan, our research informed us of common business planning mistakes that often got in the way of small business owners and entrepreneurs. Inspired by that data, I created this series of videos along with my colleagues Kody Wirth and Tanner Keuter, to not only educate the viewer, but to bring some lightheartedness to the usually dull business planning process.
